Thank you for visiting and shopping with GoGreen Cannabis Co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

GoGreen ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, if applicable.

DAMAGES

If your product was damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so you can send it back to us so we can send you a replacement product(s).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship to other countries but are not liable if your product gets stopped in customs or is confiscated by foreign government agencies.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package.

 

Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping at info@gogreencannaco.com with your order number and “Damage” listed in the subject line.

GENERAL REFUNDS: GoGreen offers a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee for our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion for a full refund less any shipping and handling. To request a refund, please contact our customer care at info@gogreencannaco.com with your order number and “Refund” in the subject line.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Square stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

_square_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

_square_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
